Welcome to Shamppiyon! By downloading, accessing, or using the Shamppiyon mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

To use Shamppiyon, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Fair Play and User Conduct

Shamppiyon is designed as a fair, real-time multiplayer math puzzle arena. To maintain this environment, you agree:

  • No Cheating or Bots: The use of automated scripts, bots, hacks, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for cheaters.
  • Respectful Communication: Any form of harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate language in our social lobbies will result in account suspension.
  • No Manipulation: You will not attempt to manipulate the global leaderboards or disrupt the synchronous nature of our PvP matches.

3. Virtual Currency

Shamppiyon features virtual currency ("Coins").

  • Nature of Coins: Coins are a digital item with no real-world monetary value. They are not a bank account and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
  • Non-Refundable: Except as required by law, all purchases of virtual currency are final and non-refundable.
  • Ownership: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Coins solely within the Shamppiyon application.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and source code related to Shamppiyon are the property of the Shamppiyon team. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our game without express written permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, particularly regarding fair play and bot usage.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use Shamppiyon after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
